The process
Four steps,
no shortcuts
Every candidate we present has passed through the same rigorous process. It protects the agencies we work with, and it protects the models themselves.
Discovery
We scout continuously across China — through social platforms, university campuses, creative communities and street casting — looking for women and men whose look, proportions and presence could work on the European market.
Screening
Initial candidates submit natural digitals: no makeup, no filters, honest measurements. We evaluate height, proportions, skin, and — above all — whether there is something the camera remembers.
Preparation
Selected candidates are guided to produce professional-standard digitals and basic portfolio material, and briefed honestly about the industry — its demands, its waiting periods, and its realities.
Authorisation
Before any profile is shared, the model signs a written authorisation specifying what may be shown, to whom, and for how long. No consent, no presentation — ever.

What you receive
Tailored, not bulk
Tell us the profiles your board needs — category, height range, look — and we respond with a small selection of candidates who actually fit, complete with digitals and measurements.
Fully authorised material
Every photo and every data point we send has been cleared by the model in writing. You will never receive material we are not entitled to share.
Direct communication
You deal directly with our scouting team in China. If a candidate interests you, we arrange introductions and support the next steps between you and the model.
Honest expectations
We never pressure agencies to take candidates, and we never oversell a profile. If we do not have the right fit, we say so.
